  4. #  This file is used to inform users of changes in the DX cluster software,
  5. # the environment or whatever. Before each news flash you MUST specify the
  6. # date and time of the announcement. The messages MUST be in chronological
  7. # order (oldest news flash FIRST, latest LAST). All lines starting with the
  8. # character "#" are considered as comments, and ignored.

  10. #  Each message is sent to each user once. News can be requested later
  11. # using the command "news".

  13. #  Once again, you can delete/rename this file if you don't need the
  14. # feature. I strongly suggest you to use it to tell users when you install
